Sorry, but I do not positioning myself as arranger: very, very many in this world can do this better than me. But the Mixing - I think that I can better than most.
My recommendation is to pay attention to the man, a couple of joint work with which I have posted on the website on this page (see Dmitry Zanin-Cherkasov):

This is - pure midi, no "live" sound.
If this is not enough and you are interested in examples of arrangements of songs, ask him (mail there). Just such collaborative works we have not.
He said that "MIDI Orchestration" (apparently - "average" song) – about 375eur.
If I pick up the tracking (parts of instruments, and midi) from him, at least will not have to waste time (and money) to dump (the census, "translation") of data in the correct format for me.
In other cases, will have to negotiate (better - before all the work) how and in what form and in what format will be the exchange of data ("Tracking") with me. Who's going to do it, especially if it is necessary to rewrite a lot of tracks to audio, or to pick up sounds to MIDI parts etc.
